Welcome – A Little About Me

Hello, and thank you for stopping by.

I’m a psychotherapist based in the heart of Westcliff-on-Sea, working from the calm and comfort of my home practice. I offer both face-to-face and online therapy sessions, creating a space where you can feel safe, heard, and supported—wherever you are.

My training is integrative, which means I draw upon a range of therapeutic approaches to tailor our work to your unique needs. This includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis (TA), and other evidence-based methods that can help us explore your experiences, make sense of your thoughts and emotions, and find practical steps forward. At the core of my approach is collaboration—working together to identify your goals, navigate challenges, and foster meaningful change.

A significant part of my work is supporting neurodivergent individuals, particularly those with ADHD and Autism. I understand how nuanced and varied these experiences can be, and I offer a non-judgemental, inclusive environment that respects your pace and preferences. Whether you’re seeking tools to manage overwhelm, space to explore identity, or just someone to talk to who “gets it,” I’m here to help.

Therapy with me is about connection, compassion, and growth—working alongside you to understand what’s going on and where you want to be.

If this sounds like a good fit, I’d love to hear from you.
